These Terms of Service govern your use of LitiList. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

LitiList is a directory, not a law firm. Nothing on the site is legal advice, and using LitiList does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LitiList.

An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you and an attorney separately agree to it. We do not guarantee the outcome of any legal matter, and we are not responsible for the services any attorney provides.

Listings are compiled from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Ratings reflect our own methodology and are informational only — they are not a guarantee of quality and cannot be purchased.

If a listing represents you, you may claim it or request changes through the support form. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit for your own listing.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy directory data without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information or inquiries.
• Use the service to send spam or solicit unlawfully.
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

When you submit an inquiry through SmartIntake™, you authorize us to deliver it to the attorney you selected. Provide accurate contact details so the attorney can respond. Do not include highly sensitive information beyond what is necessary to describe your matter.

Claimed listings and paid placements are subject to the plan you select at checkout. Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are presented at the point of purchase. You are responsible for complying with all rules of professional conduct and advertising regulations that apply to you.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LitiList is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your dealings with any attorney listed.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
