LitiList (“we,” “us”) operates an online directory that helps people find attorneys and law firms. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Using LitiList means you agree to this policy.

This is not legal advice. Using the directory does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LitiList.

• Directory information — attorney and firm details compiled from public sources (public licensing and bar records, business listings, and firms’ own websites).
• Inquiries — when you contact an attorney through SmartIntake™, the details you enter (name, contact info, and the facts of your matter), which we route to that attorney.
• Account information — if you sign in, the email address you use for our passwordless magic-link login.
• Support messages — what you send us through the contact form, including your reply email.
• Usage data — standard log and analytics data (pages viewed, device/browser, approximate location from IP) to operate and improve the service.

• To run the directory and match people with relevant attorneys.
• To deliver your inquiries to the attorney you choose.
• To authenticate you and secure your account.
• To respond to support requests.
• To detect abuse, prevent spam, and keep the service reliable.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With attorneys you contact — your inquiry is delivered to the attorney you selected.
• With service providers that operate the platform on our behalf — payment processing, transactional email, hosting, and database. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
• When required by law — to comply with legal process or protect rights and safety.

Directory profiles are built from publicly available information. If a listing represents you, you can claim it to control the content, or ask us to update or remove it.

To make a request, use the support form and choose the relevant topic. We honor update and removal requests from the attorney or firm a listing represents.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, reach us through the support form and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
