Rebecca L. Duren

Rebecca L. Duren represents clients in a broad range of legal areas including labor and employment, municipal law, and criminal law. Her practice focuses on matters involving collective bargaining rights, grievance arbitrations, and unfair labor practices for labor unions. She also advises public and private labor unions and employee organizations, as well as individual employees on employment law issues. In addition to her labor and employment work, Rebecca provides representation in municipal matters and has extensive experience in criminal defense, having obtained numerous acquittals including first degree premeditated murder charges.
