David Pebworth

David Pebworth represents clients in complex family law and criminal defense matters throughout Oregon. With over 21 years of legal experience, including more than nine years as a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice, David brings extensive litigation expertise to his practice. His experience includes advising government agencies and now counseling private clients on child support, DHS/child welfare investigations, criminal defense, and estate planning.
