Cynthia J. Waterson

Cynthia J. Waterson represents families and individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities in Southern California. She provides legal services focused on protecting the rights of vulnerable populations, including those diagnosed with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and dementia.
